So will mix pretty easy. Not sure about the manure though as I only use this product indoors. You could add the worm castings on top of your plant bed/flower pots etc and just water and You’ll still benefit from All the nutrients. **Q: does it have worms in it?** A: no worms present in the bag **Q: Is this good food for new grass seed** A: I wouldn’t know for sure. It smells earthy, though not unpleasant. I used it to top dress my Epiphyllum cacti before I watered them so that the microbes would be delivered where they are needed and get to work. I also mixed some into my own blend of succulent soil when I re-potted my Jade cuttings. All my plants seem to be responding well. This was good value, was well packaged so that there wasn't any damage to the bag or loss of the product in transit, and it arrived before ut was due. All good.
