I take Vit C, aloe Vera tabs, magnesium, flaxseed, john warts tabs, and vit b daily too. I think this product is fantastic and I assume it is making my stomach stronger and stronger by the day. I keep them in the fridge and take 4 in the morn and 4 in the evening. I also have colonics every 6 months. It's amazing to finally see results!
