You ask? Understandable and reasonable question..........Answer = WHEN these do work they are the best headphones & hands free kit I've ever bought vs the price. The sound quality is excellent, ear peices are comfortable, microphone is clear & crisp & the balance of bass, mids & treble are great.I've just had enough of buying these again & again. It feels like a subscription at this point and I've had enough of these breaking. I've given these a chance so many times, thinking that I may have just got unlucky several times with faulty headphones, but the time has come to call it a day. The structural integrity & electronics in this product are NOT designed properly to serve the purpose they have been made for. These are like a car that drives amazing for 10,000 miles then falls apart.Unless you have won the headphones lottery and got one of the pairs that have happened to work for longer than a few months then I would give these a miss, or you can accept that they will break and keep buying them when they break.I wish they would fix these and make them a long term solution, as I haven't found any headphones that compare in quality WHEN they work how they are supposed to. ### ⭐ Worked for a week ,poor sound and then stops starts as it wishes *by M***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 October 2018* Wrote a cautious positive review when I was asked to review the product but now after a couple of week using them I must say the headphones are in the bin . Stopped working properly. It stops and starts YouTube as it wishes and worst of all when I sat on a bus home I realized to my shock that the utube video I was watching was heard by myself through the headphones but ALSO was playing loud for everyone to hear full beam 😫 something I never experienced before with headphones.So now I got my £3 old set and used it for days now with the same mobile phone and .......no problems whatsoever ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good sound quality but damaged within weeks *by S***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 November 2018* Checking my order date I'm realising I used these for less than a month! The volume button snapped open and I tried to put it back into place but it didn't work. The headphones themselves still work but I don't really want to use something with the wires hanging out. These aren't expensive overall but to last only a few weeks is really really bad. The wire is showing signs of wear and tear so even if the button didn't break open, I'm cautious of how long these would last before unraveling and falling apart.UPDATE; I was contacted by the company to edit or delete my review in exchange for a refund. I never bothered to seek a refund as it's relatively inexpensive BUT I should have been entitled to a refund or exchange anyway considering I paid £17 in total for a product which lasted a few weeks. Ridiculous that I wasn't offered a refund as goodwill for their shoddy product but I'm offered one to make the company look good. Laughable.Be wary and pay attention to the critical reviews.
