Will this work or will I end up with pink watery buttercream?** A: This would work to colour your buttercream to a red but would suggest using the Berry Red PME Concentrated Colour Paste, you only need a little to make a strong colour and it will not change the consistency oh your buttercream. Also as most butters are yellow in colour this will effect the colour you get so it is a good idea to either use a light coloured butter such as Trex Vegetable Fat or Lurpak to obtain a stronger colour. https://www.amazon.co.uk/PME-Paste-Colour-Brick-Red/dp/B00DE1553Y/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=PME%2BRed%2BPaste&qid=1570174314&s=grocery&sr=1-7&th=1 **Q: Can you use this for toffeeapples** A: Yes **Q: is it suitable for vegetarians and alcohol free?** A: It contains cochineal. I only used it for craft but suggest something like beetroot powder if you want something totally vegetarian/ vegan ## Frequently Bought Together - PME 100% Natural Food Colour Liquid - Red (25ml) - Renshaw Just Roll With It Fondant Icing - Dark Brown, 250 g (Pack of 1) - Food colouring Yellow 10ml Highly concentrated colouring, Made in Germany sugar-free, liquid, for colouring drinks, cakes, pastry, toppings and much more.
