Given that I was initially sweating more than I was used to after suddenly cutting back on the antiperspirants, I was unsure of how long I would last. As it happens i managed about a week then realised that everything had settled and my body wasn’t sweating as much at all - instead of fighting the antiperspirants to remove toxins from my body via my pores, it was allowed to do its thing and settled down. So - i have carried on using it and have actually converted 2 others into using it after I bought them one to try. It’s great for using when you’ve showered or bathed and don’t want to apply deodorant or antiperspirant but also don’t want to smell, such as bed time.
