I'm sorry I don't know how many are in the box as these were the ones we used most, but more than any other box I found and I searched a lot. Also being stretchy you can cut them if they're not quite the right size. We kept them in our vans for engineers on site. I can say these plasters are the best we ever had as they stay put and don't wash off or come undone at the first opportunity. Perhaps Amazon could put you in touch with the manufacturer. On the side with the printing you will see a small triangle / arrow which points to the end which separates.
