There's certainly no danger of that as this is certainly not a toy! Once constructed it's very stable especially as the base holds a lot of water and is very unlikely to leak or tip. In fact to move it you have to tip the upright quite far towards you to wheel it forward, and this is certainly not a job for a child but for an adult or teenager only.
