Q: Is this a good alternate to Goya sazon and adobo? Trying to get away from goya products.

Hi yes I've been using Badia seasonings for over 10 years these are way better than Goya & less salty but more flavor! Hope that helps

Definitely not low sodium. Great flavor, but use sparingly if watching salt intake. This is with both.

Q: What are all the spices used? do either of these contain black pepper which will kill me? y'all will get sued if you don't include all ingredients!

I've had the Badia Tropical with Anatto a few years back and it did contain black pepper. I'm not sure now
