This however is so easy to used. It’s like a cream roll on. It’s convenient as you can pop in a bag and use it anywhere. I actually suffer with IBS and using this can help to relax cramps. Because it’s a roll on I can use it whenever and wherever - it does have some smell to it but not as strong as the cream or spray. It’s also less messy as you don’t need to wash your hands after using it (like you do with cream) I do wish it was a little stronger and last longer.
