Women’s 50+ multi vit/min supplement which include Iron, I actually prefer the Alive! ULTRA Women’s 50+ which DO NOT contain Iron for those who are pointedly wishing to avoid its inclusion (and in-spite of this version being a couple of £s more expensive and me also personally needing an additional source of Iron taken separately for my persistent anaemia. These are fantastic vitamins even if the tablets are the size of Elephant medication (or, how you’d imagine their tablet size would be!) and are definitely not the cheapest. If you’re over 50 and want zero Iron look to buy the alternative Alive! Ultra Women’s 50+ Wholefood Plus option. 👍🏻 **Q: Do these contain gluten or soya?** A: Just checked this product is free from gluten, dairy and soya and artificial colours. I have been using now for over a year and find it a good product **Q: Product states tablet size 2 grams.
