Verpackung und Qualität sind super. Auch der Hygieneumschlag ist eine sehr gute Maßnahme, sodass man 100% sicher sein kann, dass das Gerät neu und unbenutzt ist. Ich habe ihn gestern zum ersten Mal angewendet und bin begeistert. Mein Gesicht war nach der Behandlung gerötet (was es ja auch sein soll) und die Haut hat leicht gebrannt wie bei einem Sonnenbrand. Es mag wohl sein das es sich um echte Nadeln handelt, davon habe ich aber auch nicht viel, wenn jede 3 Nadel nicht raus steht. Also entweder habe ich einen fehlerhaften Roller erwischt oder der Roller hat einfach eine schlechte Qualität.Der Dermaroller liegt auch nicht gut in der Hand, weil er auf der Unterseite nicht zu ist, wie man es von einem billigen Spielzeug kennt. Habe ich so auch noch nie gesehen:) Also wie schon erwähnt, für diese Preis bin ich wirklich total enttäuscht gewesen. Ich empfehle das Produkt keinesfalls weiter.
