### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect iPhone/iPad Photography Companion

I purchased this as I am an amateur photographer and still use my trusty old digital SLR but miss the ability to post directly to social media, text and email.  I tried a WiFi SD card but that had endless problems so chose this very simple but effective option which according to my reading would allow me to pop in any SD card (including that from my Drone!) and import pictures and videos to my iPhone or iPad for use in the same way as any other locally taken pics of videos.Upon receiving the card reader, I literally plugged in the SD card and connected the adaptor to the lightening port.  Within a second or so (once unlocked), the “Photos” app appeared onscreen with a new “Import” button showing the SD card content with options to “Delete All” and “Import All” (these switch from “All” to “Selected” if any images are selected).I really am very pleased with the simplicity of this device as I didn’t need to install any software or change any settings, it was as “plug and play” as it gets and has worked seamlessly with every SD card I have used including MicroSD via an adaptor.I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get media from an SD card onto an iPhone/iPad for sharing, processing or just a simple backup.

Amazon yet again have delivered, I received these on the same day as I ordered, delivery was by prime and as always very efficient.To the product:-Reason for purchase – At the moment If I want to send pictures from my SLR to someone else I need to connect my SD card to a laptop. This phone connector should remove the need for it.The product comes in a retail box, meaning I'd have no qualms giving this as a gift. It comes in a hassle free packaging so no need for scissors.It contains:-1 x Lightning connector to SD card readerThe product feels and looks great. The plugs and feel of the cable are high quality and feel great.This product is not MFi and therefore has not undergone testing at Apple but as the build quality is so high, I do wonder if they are currently going through the processOnce I connected up the cable, it started working immediately with my phone. Let's be honest...Who want's to pay £30 for an official Lighning to SD Card adapter from Apple? I certainly don't! This lightning to sd card adapter performs the exact same to the official Apple cable for a third of the price and it even looks the same! The SD Card slot can hold multiple sizes from Micro to SDXC, the cable connecting the 2 has the exact same look and feel as the Apple connectors and works perfectly with my iPad 4. If your looking for an SD Card adapter for your Apple device then I highly reccomend this one
