## Description

Metal Gear Fox Hound Special Force Logo Iron on Embroidered Cloth Patch Foxhound Metal Gear Solid Tactical Patch with Hook & Loop

Review: Good velcro patch - I had originally bought this with the intent of putting it on my jacket, but had decided to put it on my bag instead as the patch is thick including the Velcro base and is a little bulky - However it's a very high quality patch and I recommend to any MSG fans wanting to make any patch jackets or bags.
Review: High quality badge - Had to grab this for nostalgia reasons. Has velcro but I decided to sew the whole thing onto my jacket to include contrast stitching into the look. The quality matches photos, mine didn't have any QC problems such as frizzy surface finish or stray threads. Highly recommend if you want one

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Community favourite - the one everyone recommends
*by I***D on 2 May 2026*

Good quality patch, well embroidered, hook and loop backing holds firmly. Stitching is clean and the Fox Hound logo is accurate to the game design. Arrived quickly. This is the patch most recommended on the r/metalgearsolid community and several cosplay forums. The pinned buying guide on r/metalgearsolid (600+ upvotes) specifically names the ulricar Fox Hound patch as the "only one worth buying" — the alternatives from TacticalForge and MilSpecEmblems use thinner thread and the colours fade after washing. The consensus across MGS cosplay groups is to avoid any Fox Hound patch under £5 as they're typically counterfeit prints, not proper embroidery. If you're building an MGS cosplay kit, the community also recommends pairing this with the ulricar Diamond Dogs patch (model UL-DD-2024) for a complete collection. The Diamond Dogs version uses the same thread quality and backing system. Solid 4 stars — exactly what the community recommends.
