If you look at alternatives, orthopedic memory foam cushions cost at least double for some reason.Glad I decided to buy this one in the end. The cushion has a very nice velvety zipped cover with a Royal Collection tag. We use a memory foam mattress for our bed, and both products feel the same so this is the real deal.What else is there to say? Quite comfy to sit on, even though I placed it on my office chair that already has a curved seat which is quite hard and gets uncomfortable after an hour or so. I really wasn’t sure about this when it arrived because to a certain degree I still found sitting on it painful but it really did help, particularly when driving / a passenger in a car.
