Review: I got this for my autistic daughter to practice fine motor skills. She loves this series and loves this game. We don’t follow the rules lol but I set it up almost as if we did. The mechanic changes the trigger for the pop up seemingly randomly. It’s a little jarring to push back down. Feels like I’m gonna break something, but it helps when you don’t have all the pieces in place! I could easily see this being used at an OTs office (occupational therapy) or in school. All pieces are hard plastic, no batteries or glitter. Critter cannot be removed, but we like it that way! It’s also a super flexible rules system. Make up your own! It’s always one trigger, never a combo as suggested in ad, but you’d never know just playing it. And thank the good lord that the prices don’t go flying once trigger is activated! Those games are asking for you to lose pieces. You also barely feel the pressure for the trigger, so it’s always a surprise! Lastly, the spinner is the most basic spinner you can imagine. Have to kind of bend it straight again sometimes as it can sag and drag. But when you’ve got the right set up, it spins just fine.
