The teaspoon measure is ambiguous... heaped, not heaped and everything ion between.!! **Q: Will this clean water in a water Rowing machine?** A: This product is meant to clean drinking water systems. I can't think that you would drink the water from a rowing machine, so I'd imagine some diluted domestic bleach will work out considerably cheaper. I've use it to clean a drinking water supply pipe in a trailer tent, which develops black mould during winter storage. It comes out completely clean following the directions on the pack. So, I guess it would work for you, but would be an expensive option. **Q: I have to carry all water over the road to my motorhome, if not used for drinking, can I use without flushing through?** A: i always flush out. you could do this on site on arrival **Q: If I put it in a rainwater but is it ok to put on plants later?** A: I am not a chemist but as I said before I think these tablets contain sodium hypo chlorate which sounds a bit close to sodium chlorate (weed killer) ! I am it sure quite why you would want to sterilise a water butt in this way.
