These are a gift for my mother in law, who I think is still using the same utensils from when my husband was living at home! They are very solid feeling, a nice weight in the hand and appear to be attached to the silicone well. They are a very impressive set for the price, it comes out to about $3.63 per utensil which is less than you'd pay for something like this in a store individually. A few months later they've become a splinter hazard. After about a year the corner of one of the spatula/scrappers has cracked off and the strainer spoon is torn.
