Review: Works well for me - I fractured my arm and the “brace” provided by the ortho’s office was not comfortable (half cast and half ace wrap). This was the only full arm brace I could find that held my forearm and wrist in the proper position. It is much more comfortable for me. It was easier to use because I don’t have to constantly fight with the ace wrap. I have had it for two weeks now and it has held up well. The Velcro is as expected- sticks to everything when not in place but that is the nature of it. When in place on the brace it is fine. It is removable for showering and doing the PT range of motion exercises. It keeps me arm secure other times. The fit works for me. I just used their measurements and ordered the corresponding size. While it is true that it would be nicer to have your fingers stick out a bit more (rather than just the tips), this is not a deal breaker for me. I think it is difficult to make a standard size that fits everyone unless you have it made specifically for you. The only issue I have found is at the front of the elbow the Velcro rubs on my forearm a bit. I fixed this issue by putting a little gauze between the brace/velcro and my arm. Easy. I would buy from them again.

A: It is not hinged at the elbow. Doesn't look like it can be straightened without bending the metal strips. Wouldn't recommend that.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit awkward but effective

Given that there are so few combination elbow and wrist braces (this is literally the only one I found on amazon), I gave this brace an extra star or two for simply existing. The positives: It does a good job immobilizing both the elbow and the wrist and is more comfortable than the the hard plastic brace supplied by my orthopedic surgeon's office. The negatives: The Velcro straps are confusing and awkward lengths. The splint forearm length needs to be designed an inch or so shorter so more than just the very tips of your fingers poke out. The shoulder strap is kind of a joke. It's a very narrow, uncomfortable nylon strap, is the wrong length, and it is sewn in so you must wear it or let it dangle to your feet. If I keep the brace I will definitely be cutting it off.
