Plate is great. However, did not get ANY response once the waffle iron stopt working! Terrible customer service. Iron was still in warranty, but no way of getting in contact with this company. Phone number is disconnected and no response on emails.

The description is misleading, I received plates only. I can’t not cook the waffles properly without the additional $150+ iron. Do not purchase unless you already own this brand of waffle maker and need replacement plates.
