I attach to cable machine and do neck curls, neck extensions and neck rotations If you use this consistency you neck will get huge. Maybe next aim is 21 inch neck .

No adjustment of the strap on the top of the head. It will go over your eyes. And it came with the instructions for the other version (alpha) that has that adjustments. This thing is £60 down the drain
