**Q: Why can't you sleep with it?**
A: It will give you a stiff neck, short naps are ok

**Q: What is the Circumference in the narrowest part?**
A: I have no idea.  It was hard as a rock and too large at the narrowest part.  I returned it and would not recommend it.

**Q: How thick is it in the middle? Many pillow rolls are about 4 inches thick but  looking for something a little thinner?**
A: Our neck pillow is designed to be a little shorter in the middle than the sides, about 3-3.5 inches.
