Review: Easy install, great quality and fit. Downpour of rain after I installed it and the bed of my truck stayed dry as a bone
Review: I have absolutely no mechanical skills. I thought that I was going to have to call a buddy to help me with this. I just followed the 3 minute video and VOILA, I did it myself. I tested it with a water hose: it’s water tight and looks good in my GMC Sierra 1500. It rolls up easily and latches with two loops instead of Velcro like my older one. The only downside is that being non mechanical I had to figure out in my own that you have to hold the nut at the bottom with a wrench while using a socket wrench to tighten the clamps. The video only shows the ratchet on top. All in all, this was an excellent bang for my buck!!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do the alternative brackets for utility track come with the cover?**
A: Yes. All the necessary hardware and instructions will come with the cover. If the cover fits the utility track, alternative brackets will come with the cover.

**Q: Can I go to the car wash with the tonneau cover closed?**
A: Automatic car washes with wax treatments are generally not recommended, as the wax can damage the vinyl, and car wash brushes can damage the thread on the cover. Only touchless carwash is recommended & use water and normal soap to clean the cover.

**Q: Can I close the cover when the tailgate is closed?**
A: It is important to latch down the cover before closing the tailgate. Make sure the cover is securely fastened and closed before closing the tailgate to avoid any damage or interference.

**Q: Why the top of the cover is slightly arched?**
A: The middle crossbar of the cover is designed to be slightly curved to prevent water accumulation in the middle. This design ensures that water flows down and prevents pooling in the center of the cover.

**Q: Where do I put the weather seal strip?**
A: You will only need to apply the seal strip on top of the bulkhead/tailgate or anywhere you see there is a gap between the truck bed and the cover. You don't really need it if all four sides are sealed and flush.

I think I got alot more than I expected. It came very well packaged with all the parts. Its pretty easy to assemble and just watch the video. If you have a chevy truck go ahead and add a second weather strip to the front of the bed. It comes with 2 strips. I installed 1 strip and I can still see some daylight so I'll probably disassemble and apply the other weatherstrip. All in all its good quality and I'd buy it again for another truck for sure.
