### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tolles Werkzeug mit kleinen Problemen

Das Andonstar AD407 ist ein wirklich gutes Produkt, mit wirklich kleinen Problemen, die sich aber leicht und ohne Aufpreis lösen lassen. Das 3D in der Produktbezeichnung ist natürlich falsch. Das Bild ist 2D und es bedarf ein wenig Einübungszeit, bis man die Bauteile oder das Lot durch den Bildschirm gesehen auch trifft. Es ist halt immer noch ein Bildschirm und eine Kamera. Der Aufbau ist einfach. Die Verkabelung ist etwas verwirrend und bedarf ein paar Kabelbinder, die nicht beiliegen. Das erste Problem ist der Klinkenstecker für die Beleuchtung. Wer die Lampen nicht benötigt, lässt ihn und die Lampen weg, aber die meisten Nutzer werden die Lampen nicht missen wollen. Der abstehende Stecker erhöht den Platzbedarf auf dem Arbeitstisch. Außerdem wird er ständig nach links oder rechts gezerrt, wenn man das Mikroscop verschiebt und dabei mit dem Stecker Dinge auf dem Tisch sammelt. Einfache Lösung: Die beiden Schrauben unter der Platte lösen und den Deckel mitsamt Stecker nach Innen drehen. Vorsicht mit den dünnen Kabeln im Inneren der Box. Die sind sehr fein und sollten nicht eingeklemmt werden. Sobald die Schrauben wieder drin sind, kann nichts mehr passieren und der Anschluß ist unter der Basisplatte versteckt. Warum das nicht im Vorfeld so montiert wird, ist mir schleierhaft. Um die Basis zu vergrößern kann man auch den Arm falsch herum montieren. Das ist praktisch wenn man Mainboards unter die Kamera bekommen will. Speziell hier ist die obige Modifikation nützlich, weil der Stecker nicht stört. Man sollte allerdings ein Gewicht auf die Platte legen. Dafür kann man jetzt auf seiner Silikonmatte arbeiten. Die Bauhöhe ist ein Thema. Wenn man maximalen Abstand zwischen Platine und Linse bringen, dann muss man die Kamera am Linsenring verschrauben. Das klingt nicht nur schlecht, sondern liefert auch einen ordentlichen Hebel, der die Kamera bei einer ungeschickten Bewegung beschädigt. Ich habe mir mit dem 3D Drucker eine Verlängerung mit Aufnahme gedruckt, die gar keine Schauben benötigt. Das Model ist auf einschlägigen Modelseiten unter dem Nutzer "Geit_de" zu finden. Hat man den Zusammenbau erledigt und auch die kleinen Probleme beseitigt, hat man ein Gerät mit dem man wundervoll arbeiten kann. Ich habe schon einige SMD Arbeiten erledigt und auch um schnell mal etwas zu prüfen oder auch nur die Aufdrucke auf Netzteilen lesen zu können, bietet sich dieses Mikroscop an. Die Kabelfernbedienung für die Helligkeit braucht man eigentlich nicht und ist wohl dem zusammenwerfen von zwei Produkten (Microskop und Schwanenhalslampe) geschuldet. Die kabellose IR Fernbedienung hingegen ist auf den ersten Blick nicht sinnvoll, weil man alle Einstellungen mit den Tasten am Display erledigen kann. Sobald man allerdings die Aufnahmefunktion benutzt, oder mittels dem HDMI Ausgang ein großes Display oder gar einen Beamer bedient, wirkt es professioneller, wenn man die Fernbedienung nimmt, weil jeder Tastendruck das Gerät erschüttert und das resultierende Bild wackelt und die Aufzeichnungen bzw. Darstellung verwackelt. Trotz der oben beschriebenen kleinen Mängel bin ich mit dem Preisleistungsverhältnis zufrieden. Klar kann man sich heute mit eine wenig bastelei und Bauteilen aus China so etwas selbst bauen, aber das kostet Zeit, die man eigentlich in Reparaturen und andere Lötarbeiten stecken will. Ob das Resultat dann auch so professionell aussieht, steht auch noch auf einem anderen Blatt. 100%ige Kaufempfehlung von mir.
