Review: Sturdy, compact solutions at a great price. - I’m really impressed with this weight bench. It feels solid and stable during workouts, and has a heavy-duty feel without the bench itself being overly bulky. The adjustable positions make it easy to switch between flat, incline, and decline exercises, so I can use it for everything from dumbbell presses and shoulder work to core exercises. The padding is comfortable and supportive, and the bench feels secure even when using heavier weights. Adjustments are quick and straightforward, which is great when moving between exercises. It also has a relatively compact footprint. I rarely use the folding feature even though I thought I would. Overall, this is a well-built, versatile bench for the price. It feels much more substantial than I expected and has everything I need for a full-body strength workout at home. Excellent value and definitely a piece of equipment I’d recommend.

**Q: Is this bench suited for someone 5’11 or taller?**
A: I'm 6ft and the bench fits me great. It is on the more compact size, but that is exactly what I wanted for storager and it works as expected. No issues at all.

**Q: Where can i buy the bench press cables?**
A: Amazon has professional and also beginners size resistant bands I use them for people who I train so I have a set of both I got them to Amazon I need you guarantee them just do not leave them in the Sun because it can deteriorate quite fast

**Q: What’s the weight capacity for the bench? and could i bench 200lb on this at 6ft 150lb**
A: Yes, you can. The weight capacity of the bench is 550lbs.

**Q: Is the bench color black or gray?  Product photos seems gray but customer's photos looks black.**
A: It probably appears to be gray because of the deeper darker black stripes and Yoleo wording on the bench. I would consider the color of the bench black if there were no such embossing. On the color wheel, It’s black, just not the darkest of black.

El banco en general es bueno, los materiales se notan resistentes, en mi caso mido 176cm y peso 84kg y el banco no se siente tan estable si tomo mancuernas de 45lbs para considerarlo ademas despues de probarlo me iria por la opcion del que tiene extension para el cuello por comodidad.

This review is for YOLEO Adjustable Weight Bench for Home Gym, ASTM-Certified 827LBS, 98% Pre-Assembled, Foldable Gym Bench with 84 Positions Incline Decline Flat, Wider Seat (Size: L). I am so happy with this gym bench. I don’t plan on getting buff but I want to be lean and somewhat ripped and so far, this bench has been phenomenal! It came practically assembled and all I had to do was attach the final ankle piece, which took about a minute to do. I was worried at first because it was so light but once I started using it, it was totally fine. I picked it specifically because I wanted those large flat feet versus the round kinds which I thought may be less stable. Glad I picked this design because it is very stable on my laminate floor and does not wobble at all. I was able to use it in all configurations without any wobbling issues. The only con I found was when doing decline sit ups or similar exercises, while my legs are held in place by the foams, my tail bone lands right in the gap between the seat and back cushion. This feels very uncomfortable because my butt is basically sitting against the metal. I think it’s because the seat may be too short and doesn’t cover this gap? I’m not sure but I got the Size “L” version and I’m 5 ft. 7 in. (or 1.7m) tall. I know the gap is there for the convenience of just folding up the unit and storing it but man, it does get in the way! I’ve been able to, more or less, work around it so not a deal breaker. Other than that, I really should have boughten this much sooner! It’s so easy to adjust both the back and the seat. The cushion is nice and thick and the material is easy to wipe clean. I always put a towel over the entire unit when working out though to protect it from sweat and grime. It’s very light and can be folded up quickly and stored practically anywhere. Overall, I’m really glad I got this bench. I’ve looked at so many models, designs, styles, etc. and I’m glad I went with this one. There may be better models for the pros but for a simple home gym bros, it is really awesome! I’d give it a 4.5/5.0 - 06/26/2026
