There is no refrigeration needed to store this horchata, so you can keep it on your pantry shelf until you are ready to serve it. Serve very well chilled. Horchata , or orxata , is a name given to various kinds of plant milk beverages of similar taste and appearance. It originated at least as far back as 13th-century in Valencia, where it is known as orxata de xufa. In Spain it is made with soaked, ground, and sweetened tiger nuts. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B0BF2Y9W3G | | Best Sellers Rank | #40 in Flavored Milks | | Product Dimensions | 2.55 x 2.55 x 9.75 inches; 2.11 pounds | | Units | 202.8 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Mercader - **Flavor:** Tigernut with cinnamon and lemon - **Unit Count:** 202.80 Fluid Ounces - **Item Form:** Liquid - **Number of Items:** 6 ## Images ![Whole Tigernut Drink Horchata milk Net.Wt 33.8 oz each 6 Liters | Non Dairy GlutenFree Lactose Free Shelf Stable (Pack of 6) (33.8 Fl 6)) 202.8 Fl Oz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71RsYbRvR+L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Authentic rich favor just like the store bought from Spainl *by on Reviewed in the United States June 17, 2023* I grew up drinking horchata from Spain , in Spain, and this even beats MANY of the store bought ones there. I bought it because I miss it and the US does not sell it and this brought me home.Obviously it does not compare to the ones you drink fresh out in the Horchaterías of Valencia. So giving it a bad rating because of that is like saying that a milk store bought does not taste like the fresh one from a cow. So, to those that are reviewing with those comments, I find you truly unfair. Also, if you are looking for the Mexican Rice Horchata and you are complaining because this is not that, well, get the mexican one! Its a complete different drink, also great, but its made from different ingredients so of course it is different. Just like Almond milk is different than Oat Milk!Chufa has a very distinct flavor, you either love it or you hate it. It's nutty, earthy, yet sweet. Finally the US is starting to focus on tiger nuts just like West Africa and Spain has for centuries. Thank you for selling this! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Healthy *by on Reviewed in the United States March 5, 2026* Horchata has good taste and is nutritiousIs made in Valencia Spain from TigernutHas fiber vitamin E and CPotasio magnesioNatural good oilHas sugar for good tasteCold for best taste ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this Spanish horchata *by on Reviewed in the United States July 15, 2026* I've been buying this horchata for years. I absolutely love it! I prefer my horchata on the sweet side and this is exactly the way I like it. My mother was from Spain and I still have family in Madrid. Just got back from Spains and had plenty of horchata while there. All horchata was sweetened differently depending where I bought it this product compare to the fresh horchata I just had. I put mine in the freezer to allow it to get a tiny bit slushy which is how it's usually served in Madrid. I'm so glad I'm able to enjoy this product in the U.S. Great value and quality. The texture and consistency are the same as the fresh I've purchased in Spain. ## Frequently Bought Together - Mercader Whole Tigernut Drink Horchata milk Net.Wt 33.8 oz each 6 Liters | Non Dairy GlutenFree Lactose Free Shelf Stable (Pack of 6) (33.8 Fl 6)) 202.8 Fl Oz - La Estepena Polvoron Tradicional Calidad Suprema 250gr - Original Cola Cao Chocolate Drink Mix (13.76 ounces/390 grams) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/475125765-whole-tigernut-drink-horchata-milk-net-wt-33-8-oz](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/475125765-whole-tigernut-drink-horchata-milk-net-wt-33-8-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
