Great sound quality, but physically too large for my wife to use. It would be helpful to include a "Spacer" band at the top for smaller heads.

First of all, it is an affordable, easy to setup and use headset. There are two complaints that I received from my users:1) It is too large and cannot be made small(Comment from 3 female coworkers. If your head is normal to large, you are good).2) Microphone volume is not configurable.Other than the above 2 quirks, the headset is rock solid. I hacked my phone system to manually increase mic volume-works like a champ now!

I'm a freelance interpreter who does occasional telephonic interpreting. I ordered this to replace my single headphone on my Plantronics T10 so that I would be able to fully hear with both ears. It is adjustible and the earphones work great, the sound quality is really clear. Unfortunately, so is my own breath, pen scratches, paper flipping, and even the dog's nails clicking on the wood floor in the next room. The microphone is not noise-cancelling as advertised. In fact it is very sensitive. This renders them useless in my line of work. I contacted the seller immediately, who promised me an RMA and either an exchange or a refund, but have yet to hear from them again. Hopefully they will respond soon, and maybe then I'll update my review.** Update**Shortly after posting the review, the company sent me an email saying they had sent me an RMA. I told them I received nothing, so they sent me one by email. I followed the instructions and returned the product, never to hear from them again. They did not return my calls, send me a new one, or give me a refund. By the end of the tax year I gave up and wrote off the expense as a business loss. Lesson learned, I now deal exclusively with Plantronics. Be warned... do business with this company at your own risk.

Before ordering I had my doubts about the brand name because I did not know it. My expectations were far exceeded: everybody I talk to cannot tell I am using the headset, they think I am using the handset, and in any case it is vastly superior to the hands-free speaker. The dual headphones eliminate the asymmetrical-ear fatigue I used to have with single ear units. I am very satisfied.

Product is reasonably priced and works quite well

Our office has bought 8 of these headsets.6 out of 8 broke within 6 months (on 6 different users).The plastic quality is poor, it breaks really easily under normal usage.This is a shame because these headsets have a good sound quality and great comfort.

I have a hearing loss and this unit is great and allows me to hear in both ears plus fits right over the top of my rearing aids.

will have to return these unless someone can tell me how to turn the volume down. It does not respond to my volume button on my asstra phone.
