I use my headphones almost everyday and use them to workout as well. I make each pair of tips last about 3 months. You cannot just shove these in your ears, roll them and insert them like you would with any foam ear plug. I use these on my Audio Technica IM 02s and they provide much better sound isolation and better bass response. They are pretty comfortable, I can wear them for hours. The only negative I have is the average price for 3 pairs, where when I used to have Shure IEMs, I could get 5 pairs of Shure brand for the same price as 3 pairs of Comply. Shure's foam quality is slightly better and lasted a little longer as well.
