Hard to use, gets stuck in the mop braids, and is gross that you have to get your hands that close to the dirt and then you have to try to figure out how to get it out while you're shaking dust everywhere. Really, truly stupid design. They shouldn't have even including a cleaning brush for the mop at all, it's so stupid.
