Nice and wide, has a fun distortion when zoomed out not unlike a fisheye lens, but not so aggressive it interferes with the internal zoom telescope of the camcorder, not until the very furthest of zoom levels anyway. Provides most of the telescope’s range while also providing a nice open range when zoomed out. Good pick if you want to go wider. Review: Great for the price - Good build quality Clear image without any distortion Overall a great buy for the price 👍 ## Features - 0.39X Super Wide Angle - Attaches to any 37mm Thread - Front 72mm Thread for Filters - Unscrew Lens to Access the Macro Lens - Aluminum Body ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08R7VRG7T | | Brand | VGear | | Built-In Media | Lens (Wide Angle + Macro), Front Lens Cap w/ Lanyard, Rear Lens Cap, Carrying Pouch, Microfiber Cloth, Quick Start Guide | | Camera Lens | 0.39X Super Wide Angle | | Camera lens description | 0.39X Super Wide Angle | | Compatible Camera Mount | 37mm thread | | Compatible mountings | 37mm thread | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 21 Reviews | | Exposure Control Type | Automatic | | File Format | MP4 | | Focal Length Description | 37 millimeters | | Focal length description | 37 millimeters | | Focus Type | Auto Focus | | Image stabilization | no image stabilization | | Lens | Macro | | Lens Design | Prime | | Lens Fixed Focal Length | 37 Millimeters | | Lens type | Macro | | Manufacturer | VGEAR | | Manufacturer Part Number | VGPAWAL37 | | Maximum Aperture | 1 f | | Maximum Focal Length | 1 Millimeters | | Maximum focal length | 1 Millimeters | | Media Type | ProductImage | | Minimum Aperture | 1 | | Minimum Focal Length | 1 Millimeters | | Model Name | VGPAWAL37 | | Model Number | VGPAWAL37 | | Photo Filter Size | 72 Millimeters | | Real Angle Of View | 100 Degrees | | UPC | 084438810035 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Video Capture Format | MP4 | | Video Capture Resolution | 3840 x 2160 | | Viewfinder Type | LCD screen | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | | Zoom Ratio | 0.39 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** VGear - **Camera Lens Description:** 0.39X Super Wide Angle - **Compatible Mountings:** 37mm thread - **Focal Length Description:** 37 millimeters - **Lens Type:** Macro, Wide Angle ## Images ![4K 0.39X Super Wide Angle Lens (VGPAWAL37) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/512S2sTs1AL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good pick for Handycams *by J***R on 10 September 2025* Exactly what I was looking for with my CCD-TRV82 Handycam.
