What I found to be quite the problem was changing the size of those round squidgy things placed onto the ear speakers. Removing them was fine. I managed to fix a larger squidgy item onto the left ear but the right ear was most troubling taking me some time and causing sprain: I had to switch hands and it still took me some time. Furthermore, despite having larger s"quidgies" they still are too loose in my ears and certainly shall fall out from light walking never mind jogging. I for one also do not wish to force them into my ears in a bid to have them stay. For home use they should be fine but they will require careful testing outside. I did try them out on a walk earlier today and yes, they stayed in.
