However, I could not find evidence of this claim on either one of the websites.As a result, I returned this product and purchased an AquaCera system from an establishment that only specializes in various forms of certified water filtration for the home. ### ⭐ Disappointed *by D***E on January 18, 2019* Bought this filter about a year ago. The water tastes better than the tap but not better than a Britta thus the hype that I saw about this item was a farce. There was no product information provided and thus I'm clueless on when to change the filter. And now I see the product isn't available.
