I have the Kreg phenolic router plate and it is just a directly swap into the router table, same hole positions and identical dimensions. This is a well built and finished product comparable to any competitors. Lift operation is smooth and solid. There is no apparent backlash and it offers an effective and convenient locking mechanism, affording good adjustment precision. The indexing readout is also effective and convenient to use and zero out. The crank is located well in front of the router and with its long shaft allows manual operation that clears typical fences in any position without interference. The table insert provides a perfect standard fit and adjustment.
