I knew it was probably going to be a, you get what you pay for, type item. I just wanted to replace a shower head in my new apartment without breaking the bank. I got one good month out of it. But overall It didn't make the water pressure any stronger than I thought it would and it was cheaply made, as it ultimately just broke as I was just trying to adjust the position of the shower head. However, it comes with a water regulator which keeps it from spraying with full pressure- simply remove the black screened ring, use some pliers, and pull the gray filter out of the shower head.
