This was for my husband, who has a chest circumference of 45 inches. So, we thought it would be plenty big enough. To our disappointment, it was not. The straps attach using a hook & look closure (Velcro-like) strip. But, this was too small for both sides of the hook & loop closure to make contact, rendering this thing useless. If your chest circumference is 40 or smaller, this would probably be fine. But, any larger than that and you'll most likely be in the same situation as we were.Returned.
