It may seem like a simple idea the author is trying to convey, and although it can be easily understood, thinking about all the ideas together and how they interact with each other is where I found the true value.The writing style was engaging and entertaining at times. The book is highly pragmatic, to the point and mostly devoid of fluff. Overall I'd highly recommend this book to anyone working in the commercial functions of an organization. Fyi I'm a strategic pricing analyst.
