Review: Great trivets! - Love these trivets! No only are they pretty, they're a great size to hold hot pots, pans, and dishes; and they're thick enough to keep the table from becoming too warm. I've used them on a table with a plastic table cloth without problems. I've been using them daily for a couple of weeks now and they've held up very well. They're easy to wash if something is spilled on them. On a side note, don't try to carry something hot on them (even if you think you can be very careful to not put your fingers through the open areas) the design, while pretty, is a little too open weave to be able to carry something without getting burned. Lesson learned the hard way. Lol

Love these trivets! No only are they pretty, they're a great size to hold hot pots, pans, and dishes; and they're thick enough to keep the table from becoming too warm.
