## Questions & Answers

**Q: This hot and spicy?**
A: This has great Thai chili flavor and not very spicy.

**Q: Should this be refrigerated after opening?**
A: Usually, it is recommended to store opened jars or bottles in the refrigerator. So I store my opened jar in the fridge. It's a great product!

**Q: Is this gluten free?**
A: Yes! There are no gluten ingredients, but it isn’t certified gluten free so I would be wary if allergic/celiac.

**Q: Are the chilis roasted?**
A: it says dried chili
