A: No idea except your battery may need charging fully. Does it happen when connected to the computer?

A: Leave the battery in the camera plug in the supplied cable,a red lights up and when it’s charged turns blue. Simple

Ordered this camera, as I wanted a stand alone device to take pictures on for work, and this certainly does not disappoint. - Really good value for the size and quality build, also including a 32gb micro usb memory card & spare battery - Pictures & videos are both amazing quality. - The zoom is exceptional, and cant be compared with the zoom functions on the latest smart phones.
