This variety of curry roux is DELICIOUS. It’s very mild for my tastes, but what it lacks in spice it more than makes up for in overall flavor! The sweetness it advertises is totally there, but the part they don’t mention is that making a pot of this curry will fix your soul. When I took my first bite, I felt like the spirit of the curry gave my insides a hug, melting all my troubles away. Definitely one of my favorite curry roux of all time, no idea why I’ve slept on it for so long. If you can get it in-person, though, I will say that the price is SIGNIFICANTLY more affordable. Like, about half the price. Admittedly, though, I did decide to buy this during the apocalypse, when online prices are all over the place.
