But Shaolin Long Fist Kung Fu Intermediate Sequences to me, is the best available. Personally speaking I believe this because it contains FOUR Intermediate level Long Fist sequences with Combat applications. In addition Dr.Yang gives lectures on the history and meaning of each sequence aswell as a brief history of Long Fist and Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu. Also included is a lecture on the Shaolin Sun and Moon greeting. Another thing about this DVD is that, unlike other Shaolin Long Fist DVDs such as the Basic Sequences and Northern Shaolin Sword DVD, all the sequences taught in this one have all be refilmed with new performers, instead of having the previously released video content edited onto a DVD. With Nicholas Yang as the new author taking the lead in teaching Long Fist, he thoroughly explains each movement in detail and breaks down each sequence into four parts to make it easier to learn.
