## Description

Comfytemp Large Gel Ice Pack for Injuries, 27x37cm Reusable Cold Pack with Strap for Shoulder, Knee, Ankle, Hip, Back Pain Relief, Hot and Cold Compression Therapy for Sprains, Swelling, Bruises

Review: Large and worth it - Perfect size for a general lower back ache, better and larger than most alternatives i could find. It holds the cold well (for far longer than the 15mins relief requires) and cools in a freezer to usable within 1 hour, but better at 2. If you play a contact sport, get the double-pack option. The strap is not adequate for torso/waists above circa 38-40 inches, but is suitable for strapping the pack to a limb. I'd have preferred to pay less, or have a better strap arrangement so it can be used on my back whilst moving. But this is well worth the money I spent.
Review: Excellent for cooling down after full knee replacement - Excellent Size for wrapping over knee, instructions work out perfectly for physio advice, ice 20 mins then leave 1 hour(which is how long it takes to get cold. Added advantage of using as a heat pad .
