I can fit 2 epi pen, a spacer, inhaler, a bottle of piriton, syringe and a couple of antiseptic wipes and plasters. I like that you can attach it to your bag with the Velcro or clip as he is 9 now so he’s not always with me so I can simply take it off and give it to whoever he is with instead of rummaging on my bag. It keeps the pens at a good temp. Little bit on the pricy side but it is worth it. I like that it’s red too as it is easily visible. Although I do worry that carrying medication in one section and pens in the other might lead to someone thinking the tablets are what I need in an emergency if they open that section first so I've bought a keyring that says EpiPen inside and attached it to the zip of the section with the pens. It's really easy to attach to pretty much anything because you have the clip and straps. I've attached it to the strap of my bag so it's across my front and really obvious, I've clipped it onto the side of my bag and just thrown it inside my bag depending on the situation. It also makes things easier if like me you are only issued 2 pens and need them on your person at all times. When I get home I lift the case out of my bag and put it in my bathroom as my first system of a severe reaction is vomiting so that's where I go. When I'm leaving the house I grab it and attach or put it into my bag.
