Follow the instructions and it works. I think all the reviews from people saying it doesn't work just aren't using it right. You NEED to do a hot compress beforehand to open up your pores. The tools are so much more effective that way. And definitely don't press too hard. If the stuff isn't coming out with light to medium pressure then you need to leave the hot compress on longer or see a dermatologist.
