A: Hello, I just used this item last week as my personal item on two different flights and had little to no issue. I also had this bag stuffed to the brim and was able to fit it under the seat in front of me on a United flight (which had less storage space than my Alaskan flight). I had doubts about it being the size advertised too, but ran the risk anyway 😅  You should be able to fit it as a personal item no problem.

A: Use your portable power bank place it on the inside the bag there is a wired port in a lil zipper pocket  connect it there and on the outside of the bag connect your charger USB only.. C type won’t work

This backpack is large but compact. Has taken my daily commute to work from 3 bags to one, including my gym gear and laptop. Looks well made so time will tell on that. So far so good. Recommend it to anyone looking for a good, sturdy backpack with a good amount of space and pockets.
