I just got it today, so I haven't used it yet but I'm excited to! The fabric feels like good quality, it's sewn well. The bag has 2 pockets with zippers and one mesh pocket with elastic. The pad portion has a zipper to detach from the storage pockets. The pad is long, longer than most portable pads I looked at while shopping around. So it should last longer as baby grows. I compared it to my table top changing pad and it's the same length. It has some padding in the head area, not much, I'm not sure that the padding will make much difference but it's there.
