The polyester fairing compound is difficult to know how much hardener to use, and some of it didn’t cure properly. **Q: Can you ise this to repair boat flooring?** A: You may only use it to fair (fill in small dips in the final laminate of fiberglass mat and resin, making the surface flat) before applying gelcoat or paint. This polyester resin is not structural, meaning it should not be used to repair, say, a rotted floor. **Q: Can i use this for my transom outer skin?
