I've even done a couple pulls where I had to side load it, and it performed flawlessly. I keep it in my recovery kit and it goes everywhere with me during the winter. I don't leave it in the hitch because I don't want it to be stolen, to rattle around, or risk the pin backing out and losing the shackle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits 3rd Gen 4runner despite the warning it doesn't *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 30, 2017* This thing is heavy and feels sturdy.
