It’s very easy to use just freeze it and pop it into the cover. The ice retention is solid, keeping cold for a good amount of time without melting too quickly. I also like how comfortable it feels on the skin, especially with the soft outer layer. The size is practical and fits well on different areas like the neck, knees, or back. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I wish it stayed cold just a little longer.
