It comes with concrete mollies (which don't really work on drywall) and big meaty screws. The spacing of the holes doesn't match stud spacing in American building code, so if you're putting this in your living room like I did, you'll likely be centering it on a stud and then adding attachments with drywall mollies around the sides. You'll need to buy your own heavy-duty mollies for this. After doing so, it seems at least reasonably secure. The instructions are awful and minimal, but assembly is fairly intuitive otherwise. It really comes down to common sense and no one will have a problem. The problem I encountered which was not adjustable was the right side of the projector would shoot way high. Only way I could fix that was taking felt sticky pads and stacking them between the mount and projector. Doing so created pressure on the projector and made the right side level out correctly. Pretty ridiculous way of doing it and I have OCD for things being perfect but this is what I had to do.
