I tried another brand egg protein with the only ingredient was egg but I wasn't happy with it. Though, I don't like that sunflower oil is in this and I don't know what "natural flavor" is in this, the fact that that the first ingredient is egg has a redeeming quality. The vanilla taste is good not overly sweet. The powder is alright but it doesn't dissolve easily in either hot or cold beverages. The price isn't bad for what you get.
